Assortment of our own very unique (and delicious) mustard truffles made with mustards from world famous Raye's Mustard Mill of Eastport, Maine.
Blackfly Bites - white chocolate, lemon oil, lemon peel and Raye's old World Gourmet Mustard center, dipped in white chocolate and poppy seeds. deliciously lemony. NOTE: no blackflys were harmed in the making of this truffle!
Dundicott Hott - intense dark chocolate and Raye's Dundicott Hott Mustard center dipped in dark chocolate. Leaves a warm afterglow in the mouth like a lover's kiss.
Brown Ginger - milk chocolate and Raye's Brown Ginger Mustard center dipped in milk chocolate. A spicy, sassy truffle.
