Katie's on the Cove/Handmade Confections is a tiny family founded and owned artisan confectionery business, crafting the best truffles and chocolates this side of the Atlantic since 1982.

Lea and Joseph Sullivan lovingly combine only the finest ingredients in small batches to re-create traditional favorites from Down East candymakers of the past, or to develop new taste sensations for the future.  Each individual confection is patiently perfected to it's absolute height of flavor and quality, then hand-formed, hand-dipped and hand decorated.

Such devotion to detail has earned high praise from Yankee Magazine's Travel Guide to New England, Editor's Pick, as "some of the best chocolates available in the state, especially the truffles."

MAIL ORDER, CHOCOLATE SHOP HOURS, AND ALL THAT JAZZ

Due to the delicate nature of chocolate and the logistics of warm weather shipping, our mail order season runs from November 1st to March 31st.  

While visiting Down East Maine, stop in our chocolate shop on U. S. Route 1 in Robbinston  across the road from beautiful Passamaquoddy Bay.   We'd love to meet you. 

The shop will be open May 5 - 8, 11 am to 4 pm for Mother's Day; then closed until May 20th, due to our son's wedding!!

Starting May 20th, the shop will be open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11 am to 4 pm until school closes for summer vacation.

Summer hours begin June 14th thru Sept 18th: Open Mondays - Saturdays 10 am to 5 pm, Closed Sundays.
